This only applies to content posted through open communication tools and does not apply to private information provided as part of a registration, booking, inquiry, or purchase process. Information provided through those processes is covered by our Privacy Policy.

i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lemar Marie Brown, Negocium Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, managers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account or use of this website. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you agree to provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested.
